Welcome to the Bear Paw Coaching Private Lessons registration page.

Private mountain biking lessons and clinics are typically held at Blankets Creek Mountain Bike Trails, 2261 Sixes Road, Canton, GA or at Olde Rope Mill Park, 690 Olde Rope Mill Park Rd, Woodstock, GA 30188. Unless prior arrangements are made in advance. Lessons are 2-hour minimums.

Private Triathlon session are held either at Cherokee Aquatic center for swimming, Sosbee Cycling Park for biking, or Etowah Park for running. Unless prior arrangements are made in advance.

The private lessons require the following registration form to be completed, and the waiver signed.

I, the undersigned participant, in consideration for being permitted to participate in the Mountain Biking Clinic ("Activity") sponsored by Bear Paw Coaching, LLC, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

Acknowledgment of Risk: I recognize and understand that participation in the Activity involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to accidents, serious bodily injury, including bruises, fractures, or death, as well as potential risks of property loss or damage. I am aware of the risks involved with participation in this Activity, which can be caused by factors including but not limited to terrain conditions, equipment failure, weather conditions, wildlife encounters, and errors in judgment by myself and other participants. I understand that I am entirely responsible for determining whether to participate in the Activity and hereby assume all risks, both known and unknown, of participating in the Activity.

Waiver and Release: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bear Paw Coaching, LLC and their officers, agents, or employees, or Cherokee County (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging thereto, while participating in such Activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the Activity is being conducted, except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Released Parties.

Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damages, or costs they may incur due to my participation in the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Medical Acknowledgment: I certify that I am physically fit to perform the Activity and have not been advised against participation in the Activity by a medical professional. I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured or require medical attention during my participation in the Activity. I agree to be responsible for the cost of any emergency or other medical care that I receive.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this Participant Waiver of Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature for this to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

Photograph/Video: Participant hereby authorizes Bear Paw Coaching and its authorized agents to photograph and/or film Participant, and transfers all rights in such photograph and/or film to Bear Paw Coaching. Participant will not be notified if your photograph or likeness is to be published and/or used for profit.
